Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address, display name, and authentication credentials. If you sign in via Google OAuth, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google.

Uploaded Images

When you upload food photos for enhancement, we store the original image and any enhanced versions produced by our Service. We also store reference images you upload to your style library.

Payment Information

Credit pack purchases are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or full payment details. We receive a transaction record including the amount paid, the credit pack purchased, and a Stripe payment identifier.

Usage Data

We automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and timestamps. This data helps us maintain and improve the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Service
• To process your photo enhancements using third-party AI providers
• To process credit purchases and maintain your credit balance
• To communicate with you about your account, transactions, or support requests

3. How We Handle Your Images

Your uploaded food photos are processed by third-party AI image processing services to produce enhanced versions. During processing, your image is sent to these providers via their API. We do not use your images to train our own AI models, and we select providers whose API terms do not permit using customer-submitted data for model training.

Original uploaded images and enhanced images are stored on secure cloud storage and are accessible only to you via signed URLs. Images associated with completed enhancements expire after 30 days. Reference images in your style library also expire after 30 days of inactivity.

4. Third-Party Services

We share data with the following categories of third-party services:

• Authentication: Third-party identity providers for account management and session handling
• AI Processing: Third-party AI services for image enhancement
• Payment Processing: Stripe for credit pack purchases

5. Data Retention

• Account data: Retained while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time.
• Uploaded and enhanced images: Stored for 30 days after enhancement, then automatically deleted from our storage.
• Reference images: Stored for 30 days, then automatically deleted.
• Transaction records: Retained for accounting and legal compliance purposes.
• Usage logs: Retained for up to 90 days for security and debugging purposes.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), secure authentication via JWT tokens, and access controls on stored images. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Export your data in a portable format

• Consent: By opting in, you consent to receive recurring SMS/text messages from FeastFocus. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity.
• Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
• Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent.
