These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FeastFocus (the "Service"), operated by FeastFocus ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
FeastFocus is an AI-powered image enhancement service designed for food photography. You upload food images and receive professionally enhanced versions using artificial intelligence technology. The Service includes photo upload, AI enhancement, style selection, reference image management, and image download.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
You retain full ownership of the food photos you upload to the Service. By uploading images, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and transmit your images solely for the purpose of providing the enhancement service to you.
You own the enhanced images produced by the Service and may use them for any personal or commercial purpose, including delivery app listings, social media, menus, marketing materials, and any other use. No attribution to FeastFocus is required.
The Service, including its technology, design, branding, and all related intellectual property, remains the exclusive property of FeastFocus. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on our Service.
Enhancements are powered by a credit system. Each enhancement consumes one credit. New accounts receive a one-time bonus of free credits. Additional credits are available for purchase in packs.
Subscription plans are recurring charges processed through Stripe. Each plan includes a monthly allocation of subscription credits that reset at the start of each billing cycle. Unused subscription credits do not carry over to the next period. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Credit pack purchases are one-time payments processed through Stripe. All prices are displayed in USD and are inclusive of the credit pack contents shown at the time of purchase.
Credit pack purchases are generally non-refundable once credits have been used. If an enhancement fails due to a system error, the credit consumed will be automatically refunded to your balance. For unused credit packs, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting support. Subscription refunds are handled in accordance with Stripe's refund policies.
Purchased credit pack credits do not expire and remain available as long as your account is active. Subscription credits reset at the start of each billing cycle — any unused subscription credits from the previous period are forfeited and do not carry over.

The Service uses third-party AI image generation technology (currently OpenAI) to enhance your photos. While we strive for high-quality results, AI-generated enhancements may occasionally produce unexpected or imperfect outputs. Enhanced images are intended to improve the visual appeal of your food photos, not to misrepresent the actual food served.
You are responsible for reviewing enhanced images before publishing them. We do not guarantee that enhanced images will meet the requirements of any specific platform (e.g., DoorDash, Uber Eats), though our platform presets are designed to align with their published specifications.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FeastFocus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold FeastFocus harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights (including intellectual property rights related to uploaded images).
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our reasonable discretion with notice.
Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked. Your uploaded and enhanced images will be deleted according to our standard retention schedule (30 days). Unused purchased credits are non-refundable upon voluntary account deletion.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
